- Cancellation in 31-60 days - 100% of registration fee will be refunded
- Cancellation in 15-30 days- 50% of registration fee will be refunded
- Cancellation in 1-15 days- registration fee is non-refundable
If the conference is cancelled by the organizer, the organizer will refund 100% of registration fee.
If the participation is cancelled by delegate, the organizer does not refund travel and accommodation expenses.
Before the registration fee is paid, the organizer does not have any obligations towards the delegate.

Shuttle service is not provided. You may book individual taxi from one of the two Kiev airports.
A taxi from the airport to the city centre is approximately $30 and takes 30–45 minutes. Taxis are widely available in the center of Kiev, with a ride to any central destination usually costing under $10.
